My first custom alert I’ve bought and I like it. It just seems to lag out here and there sometimes. Not sure if that’s on streamlabs end or mine. I’ve also noticed no sound gets played when someone re-subs, only for new subs. Issue with the alert itself?
My recommendation on the lag is to to check to see if there’s any high CPU usage during the alert. With any of our animated alerts, this can sometimes happen, but we’ll definitely look more into it.
On the sound issue, make sure to check out the “Alert Variations” area, and add in your sound there.
Works really well and is a very unique and clean alert.
Can you add alerts for the pledge and extra life bud <3 P.s: Love this product.
I have always loved these alerts and overlays but For some reason this one isn’t working for me. I have the URL copied and pasted correctly and i have changed a few things with the alert texts but that shouldn’t matter. I press my test buttons for each alert and have no luck. Any ideas?

I would give it a 5 star if I could still use my GIF with it. Other than that it is great!
