If your payment is on hold, your file will not be available for download. Sometimes PayPal does not process payments instantly. In this case, you’ll need to wait until your funds are verified and the transaction has cleared.

If your payment went through and you’re still having issues downloading you files, please use our contact form and let us know how we can help you.

For our free resources, we typically recommend using Google Chrome to download the files.

Our points are rewards for making purchases on our website. You can use these points on any purchase to receive a discount based on the amount of points you have.

We’ve retroactively added points to all orders on or before January 1st, 2018. You can view your points on your account page. If you notice any errors in the points awarded, please contact us.

How do I earn points?

Points are only awarded when customers are logged in to their account when they make a purchase. You will automatically receive your points upon completion of your order.

When you spend $1.00 you will receive 5 points. 100 points can be redeemed for $1.00 off your next purchase. Specials may be ran throughout the year to offer a bonus on the amount of points you can earn.

Points do not expire.

How do I use points?

You can click the “Apply Discount” button that should automatically pop up when you have points to use. This button will appear on both the cart and checkout page before your purchase your item.

The most common reason is using outdated streaming software. Please make sure you’re using the latest version of OBS Studio, XSplit, StreamLabs OBS, Bebo, or whatever streaming software you prefer.

A member of our support team will be happy to help you if a refund is requested. Refunds are always available when you don’t download the product or there are technical issues limiting you from using the product.

If you’re experiencing any issues with the product, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

If your overlays are disappearing it’s very likely that you have not enabled the “loop” option. Typically, this is found in your source settings withing OBS Studio, XSplit broadcaster, and most other streaming software.

Simply enable this option to fix this issue.

There are a few possibilities for your download link delivery to be delayed.

Check your spam folder

Sometimes Email clients register our messages as spam, please make sure to check your spam folder.

Payments on hold

It is common for PayPal to delay, or hold, payments when funds are not immediately available. In this case it may take up to 48 hours for our system to be notified that your payment has been completed.

None of this worked

In the rare case that your Email confirmation was not sent, you can also view your products that you’ve purchased in your download section of your account.

The product details page will specifically mention if Photoshop, After Effects, or original files are included, and what these files will include.

We generally leave this decision up to our vendors.

Most packages do not include these files for things like scene or overlay designs. However, we try to package in helpful PSD files like panel templates or custom text effects.

Our goal is to provide products that allow any user create a stream without the need of professional image editing and motion graphic software.

The Advanced Overlay Maker (AOM) is a subscription based, resource customization option we have created through the Streamlabs app store. You can create Overlays, Screens, and social widgets directly through the app.

Here’s how it works:

  • Once you subscribed, you have access to all the resources within it
  • You can make an unlimited amount of items using the AOM.
  • Your subscription lasts until the next billing cycle. (IE: You start your subscription, cancel it the next day, you have until the next time you would have been charged to use the AOM)
  • Once your subscription has ended, the sources will not be usable.
  • If you start your subscription again, any previous items you created will be available immediately
  • Resources created in the AOM cannot be exported or used in other streaming software. (AOM is specific to Streamlabs OBS)

To cancel your subscription to the Advanced Overlay Maker, you will need to do the following:

  1. Open Streamlabs OBS
  2. Go the App Store tab
  3. Click on “My Profile” (Towards the right of the page)
  4. Click on the Advanced Overlay Maker
  5. Click Unsubscribe (Toward the top right of the page)

Please remember:

  • Your subscription lasts until the next billing cycle. (IE: You start your subscription, cancel it the next day, you have until the next time you would have been charged to use the AOM)
  • Once your subscription has ended, the sources will not be usable.
  • If you start your subscription again, any previous items you created will be available immediately
  • Resources created in the AOM cannot be exported or used in other streaming software. (AOM is specific to Streamlabs OBS)
  • Any AOM refund requests are processed by Streamlabs. You may contact them here: https://support.streamlabs.com/
