This product does not allow for customization. If you are looking to use any of the 4 preset colors you are good to go, but pray you do not have to customize it. I had to make some simple color changes for a client and it failed to export at every turn. Didn’t matter which of the 4 machines I tried to export the scenes, they all ended with an error.
I even tried to export the scenes as they were with no changes and they still gave the error. I think the Source Files are busted and they need to be fixed before promoting that this stream package can be customized.
Hey Matthew, you aren’t alone in this. We have also provided a “basic” version of the source files which include pre-rendered elements to reduce choking machines. Please give this a try. If you’re still having trouble please reach out and I’ll see what I can do to help.
I can only use half of the transitions included. What, I’m guessing, is supposed to be a flare effect just takes up half the screen as a white block, regardless of the setting I choose or change. Only the two more basic transitions work. I actually feel very ripped off here. It is also nowhere near as simple or practical to change color settings as was advertised. Overall, I’m more than likely not even going to be able to use this pack.
Hey Jon,
The transitions that look split in half are “matte” transitions which are an option within OBS Studio (not yet in Streamlabs OBS, but I’m sure they’ll include it soon).
At the end of this video it will show exactly how these are set up. https://youtu.be/wCovjpmRbTE?t=1694

First, files in the background directories are messed up (blue to orange and vice versa). The colors of the generated webm files are mixed up. Blue lightning with blue text or jade cannot be used. I didn’t check any further, because I was a bit irritated by the errors for which I paid.
Hey Widmo, the folders are named according to the overall theme titles. e.g. Jade “theme” has jade text, but does in fact have red electricity. admittedly that is a little confusing. If that is enough to make it unusable for your purposes please let us know how we can make things right for you.
I bought this and it wont even import to my stream labs at all
Hey Nicolas, if you haven’t already please have a look at this article here. It should explain everything you need to know on how to use the Streamlabs Desktop import process. https://nerdordie.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043623951-Streamlabs-OBS-Overlays-Quick-Import
