The alert designs and animations are great, and I would give this product 5 starts but the alerts don’t work with any sound on Streamlabs.
Hey Alisa, thanks for your review! I just went ahead and double checked, and was able to get sounds working as intended. Under the “Sound” option for each alert, you’ll see an area to upload your sound file. After you’ve done that, you can select save changes towards the bottom. Our support team would be happy to help if there’s any other questions you might have.
If you’re still having issues, it’s possible it might be on Streamlabs end, but don’t worry, we’ll help you through it!

I am using OBS Studio (Streamelements) And can say that it works as intended. The only problem is with the sound. After adding the sound audio to the widget, it still seems to have issues coming through on my side (Although it is showing the audio levels changing). Any streamer should be able to hear when you get a follow or sub. That is what an Alert Box is for.
